For the purposes of this warranty, “lifetime” refers to the life expectancy of the product as determined by the manufacturer.
All material warranties are submitted to XPEL as the manufacturer. All installation warranties are covered by ALSET Auto.
2. Warranty Coverage
- Defects in Material: Discoloration, bubbling, peeling, fading, or cracking of the film, coating, or tint.
- Manufacturing Defects: Flaws resulting from the production process.
- Performance Issues: Failure to perform as intended under normal use and conditions.
3. Warranty Terms
- Valid only for the original purchaser; non-transferable.
- Product must be installed by an authorized ALSET Auto installer.
- Warranty runs for the life of the product from installation date.
- Includes installation warranty for defects or failures from improper installation by ALSET Auto.
- Claims must be made at the original ALSET Auto location where installation occurred.
4. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents.
- Damage from improper maintenance or cleaning.
- Damage from chemicals, solvents, or harsh environments.
- Damage from unauthorized installations.
- Normal wear and tear (minor scratches, scuffs, abrasions).
- Failures due to outside influences (environmental conditions, chemicals, impacts).
5. Warranty Claim Process
To make a claim:
- Contact ALSET Auto: Reach out to the customer service team at the installation location.
- Provide Proof of Purchase: Submit your original receipt.
- Inspection: An authorized ALSET Auto representative will inspect the vehicle.
- Resolution: If covered, ALSET Auto will repair or replace the defective product at no cost.
6. Transfer of Ownership
Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to subsequent owners.
7. Disclaimer
This is the sole warranty, replacing all others (expressed or implied). ALSET Auto disclaims liability for any incidental or consequential damages from use or inability to use the product.
8. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the state in which ALSET Auto is headquartered.
